Kelly Petramale
Secretary
Kelly Petramale serves as the Secretary of Hudson Valley HIEroes. In addition to her strong organizational skills, she is a devout Christian, a special education teacher, as well as a dedicated friend, sister, daughter, wife, and mother to her son, Tyler.
HIE has deeply shaped Kelly’s family story. When Tyler received his diagnosis, she and her husband felt overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. As time went on, HIE led to additional diagnoses and challenges, but it also brought unexpected community and friendship. Kelly is especially grateful for the support and connection her family has found with other families affected by HIE in the Hudson Valley.
Kelly is committed to making a meaningful impact in her community and ensuring that newly diagnosed families feel seen, supported, and loved as they navigate their own HIE journeys.
